Howard/Fusco - July 2007 Update

We wanted to let everyone know that we have a wonderful praise to report!! God is so good! After being on the market since November, our house is finally under contract! The couple has been pre-approved and our realtor feels that we should have an easy closing. We can hardly believe this is happening. It was just last week that a woman stopped Jonathan and asked him some questions about our house. Her daughter and son-in-law have been looking for a place to live and she had been trying to get them to look at our house for awhile. They finally came Monday evening and by Tuesday afternoon they put in an offer. Wednesday we finalized the deal! Please continue to pray that the appraisal and final paper work go well. We made it through both inspections. God was again so good to us! We could have had to replace all of the electrical in the house, but the buyers said that they didn't want us to do anything. We now have until July 23rd or so to pack and move. Luckily, there are several homes in the Ellenton/Sarasota area for rent. We found a great house in a quiet, gated neighborhood. It seems to be the perfect fit for all of our needs. Courtney will actually be joining us for about 10 weeks starting mid December as well as for 3 weeks in August. She will be doing an externship at Sarasota Memorial \ Hospital in January and February. Our new place has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a bonus room upstairs. We are all excited about living there....though not to excited about packing up and moving! :o}
